We stopped by Walmart to get my mom's eye glasses fixed. Anzalea (I misspelled her name) did a fabulous job helping us. She put screws on both sides of my mom's glasses. She was so helpful and knowledgable. Thank you so much!

I stopped by Walmart yesterday to have the nose pads replaced on my frames. Simon immediately stopped what he was doing and took the time to replace my eyeglass nose pads. Afterwards, he listened to me explain why I needed child sized glasses but had adult tastes in frames. He went out of his way checking every drawer for a pair of frames that might meet my needs. After I tried on a few pair and found some that met my needs he noted them in my file so that the next time I go in for a pair of frames they're already picked! He was attentive and respectful and I greatly appreciated that!
