My husband got glasses from here and he likes them. The doctor himself was good. No complaint there. We did not like how the front end handled us from the start. Nothing is explained to you up front so you get bombarded at the end with pricing even though we asked what the cost was several times in advance, but were never told. My husband was never offered scratch coating, AR coating, Transitions, or anything that normal eye places offer to add to glasses. I was refused my prescription until I showed my butt about it. It's against the law not to give someone a prescription. I've worn contacts for years and don't need to "wait" for just a trial pair to come in. Their exam price is quite expensive for contact lenses compared to other places and they specify what contact lens "they" want you to wear which put me being stuck with contacts that I absolutely hate and have previously used. I hate Acuvue contacts due to how dry they get after 4 hours of wear and also the 2 week replacement stigma when I like monthlies better and Biofinity brand is way better. (I order my contacts online) and wanted to use Biofinity, but now cannot even order more contacts without having another exam due to them writing on my prescription a specific contact. Luckily the exam is only 20 bucks through the online site I order from and I'll just use them in the future. Buyer beware here. Demand to be told all the information up front because if you don't, you'll be at the end of the purchase scratching your head.
