Walmart Vision Center

I purchased new glasses this week at the Walmart Vision Center in Cottonwood, AZ, and wish to commend the staff optician, Mostafa, for his assistance. He made the experience a pleasant one with his knowledge, expertise, and pleasant manner. For the past few years, I have purchased my glasses there. The vision center is very nice and has an excellent staff with a wide variety of glasses to choose from. I highly recommend them!

Rudest people in Cottonwood. I walked in towards the back to ask a simple question and a nice lady asks if she can help me. I start asking the question then a younger quite rude lady intercepts and says she'll help me in the front. I walked towards the back because there was nobody in the front...and the other lady was helping me anyway! Nobody that rude gets my money.

This Walmart has the best optometrist I've ever been to - not just at Walmart - any optometrist. I'm old so I've been to plenty. Easily the most thorough exams. Very personable too. Everyone there is good at what they do. Good prices on frames and a huge selection. I do a lot of yard work & hiking so I'm tough on my glasses and often take them in for repairs. They fix them up free whenever possible. I destroyed the frames on one pair and they let me buy an empty frame to put my old lenses in! Great customer service and quality eye care.

What a wonderful demonstration of excellent customer service! The lens fell out of my glasses. Mostafa was able to fix my glasses in less than 10 minutes. I hadn’t even purchased the glasses from Walmart. When asked how much do I owe, he said no charge. He was happy to help me be able to see again!

Great place to recieve vision services! I stopped by to have my exam and select frames. Dr. Mathis is always respectfully friendly. He makes sure my vision has not changed or changed little, over the 15+ years I've maintained my vision with him. His team is incredible and does as much as they possibly can to help me and my children with our vision needs. Making sure our lenses are accurate and glasses fit comfortably on our faces. At one visit, Mustafa and Casey were both very helpful and very kind, chatting it up with me and making me feel at home as we covered my questions. Mustafa even celebrated me with chocolates, a day before my birthday. Thank you all at Dr. Mathis' Office!
