Diana , the young lady that assisted my appointment is fantastic. She was patient and gentle and knew her job well. Diana explained everything as she went. My encounter with her was a positive one and I left with a smile on my face. I have found my new optometry place!
I had an amazing experience at the Walmart Vision Center thanks to Carmen. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You don’t always expect great conversation and top-tier customer service at a vision appointment, but Carmen delivered both effortlessly. She walked me through the whole process step by step and made everything feel simple and stress-free. She answered all my questions with patience, explained everything clearly, and kept the vibe positive the entire time. On top of that, she was just super nice to talk to — we had great conversations that made the whole experience feel comfortable and even enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm personality, but Carmen truly does. She made my visit easy, smooth, and way better than I expected. If you’re going to the Vision Center, definitely ask for Carmen — she’s the best! Highly recommend.
Dr.Ryan gave me a thorough exam and was a pleasure to be with. Getting the appointment was easy and tight away. The price was reasonable and included some contacts with my new prescription to tide me over until my order arrives. I'll be back next year.
The ladies that work here are excited to tell you they can't help you. Yes, it is your fault the doctor only works one day a week, why are you bothering me? Can summarize every phone call so far. Will I ever actually get an appointment? Will five times be the charm? Should I trust them near my eyes? I'm guessing no to all three.
Top notch optometry. I've been all over and the service I received will definitely have me coming back. The doctor was very thorough in all the test. I left with contact lenses that suited my dry eyes and a prescription that was spot on.
