I was looking for a budget-friendly way to order a back up pair of glasses using an older eyeglass frame I brought in from home. I was able to walk in with no customers waiting. Unfortunately, the woman who worked there made no effort whatsoever to be courteous or helpful. She first let me know that they did not carry that brand of frame that I brought so would not be able to replace a missing eyepad, but then she asked to see the frames, did a cursory visual inspection, and stated she saw some wear around the frames. She then rudely proclaimed, "I will not accept these frames for servicing." Since her curt attitude and sense of self-importance was jarring, I asked why she needed to be so stern about it. She did not appear to have any understanding on how to professionally advise or respectfully talk to customers. I mean, if you can't help someone or don't want to help someone, that's fine, but at least, pretend to care before turning them away. A polite, "I'm sorry, I can't assist you" could go a long way. I left Walmart Vision Center and went right across the street to a different eyeglass place and they accepted my frames without hesitation. My new glasses are on order.

The glasses I got at a big retailer broke, and I was just looking at other frames, expecting to have to pay another +$100. That’s when I was informed I could just pay for the frames and switch out the lenses! Jamlet was amazing and helping me find frames that not only fit my lenses, but fit my personality. Thank you, Walmart! You saved both my time and a pretty penny.

By far the best place to get glasses in my opinion. Great price points all around plus anytime i have any issues with my glasses they fix it within minutes of me arriving. Many thanks to the staff there.

It might not be fancy, but the people here care. The doctor is the kindest I've encountered in years, took the time to listen to my concerns, and my glasses are FINALLY the correct Rx! The people in the eyeglasses center clearly care, and maintain a positive attitude even when it's busy (I've been here a few times between the exam and picking up glasses and contacts).

I had a bad experience with the optical store down the street from Walmart, so I decided to give Walmart a try. I was very pleasantly surprised, that a big corporation like this could do better than the smaller chain optical stores that I'd been to for years before this, but they were great. Ramatta did great with everything and my glasses came in so fast that I couldn't believe it. I just got THE BEST pair of lenses and glasses that I've ever had. I'm delighted! And Dr. Richard Robinson did such a great job with the exam and prescription, that I can now see as sharply as a razor with these glasses - the best prescription I've ever had. Between Dr. Robinson and the people in the optical center, these are the best glasses I've ever had! The only thing they should improve is their irregular hours for answering the phone or being there, in the actual optical department. Hard to call them, or even go in and expect to find someone there, during business hours.
