If I could give NEGATIVE 10 STARS I would!!!!! Favian and Karina are the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever had to deal with. First, I made an appointment with Favian. He made it for the 6th and not the 13th. So when I showed up on the 13th Karina was very rude to me. Talking to me like I was stupid and treating me like I didn't know how appointments worked or how to make one. I took work off and was basically told I needed to make another appointment. So I rescheduled and made one for Thursday the 16th at 3:30. This time, I left work early so I could be at my appointment on time. They (Karina) called the day before to confirm. So I ASSUMED everything was going to go smooth this time. Well I was wrong!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Karina's rude stank attitude immediately. Then she told me the doctor was not there and they had tried to call me to inform me. She had the audacity to tell me that my voicemail was not set up even though I had a message from HER confirming my appointment for the 13th. She even said her name. So to tell me they were unable to get a hold of me was a bold-faced lie because they were able to leave a message the day before to confirm my appointment. Now all of a sudden nobody can get a hold of me to let me know that the doctor isn't even in. I drove all the way down there and missed a full day of work on Monday and now a few hours of work today. Instead of being apologetic they are rude, unprofessional and treat me as if it is my fault. Karina needs a class on customer service. And Favian needs to learn how to write appointments on the right date and take accountability for making mistakes. I will go somewhere else for my eye exam and to buy eyeglasses & I highly recommend anyone else to go somewhere else. They don't deserve anyones service for the way they treat customers!!!

I've had nothing but Great experiences & customer support here!! From Dr. Roberson to Corrina and ALL the front staff helpers. Every single interaction has been helpful, thorough, and with attention to detail. My expectations have been exceeded... from my exams, to finding the right glasses and contacts, to purchasing, and even to the care involved for helping me get further necessary testing. With how bad customer interactions can be nowadays, I wanted to be certain to share how pleased I've been through my several interactions with this entire team!!! Dr. Robison was great! He took time to listen and make sure my contacts were correct. After after three days I was still having issues so he brought me back in and adjusted everything quickly for me. I actually haven't been to a WM vision center, I must give a shout out to Coreena!!! She's absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond for us to make sure we're satisfied! We'll definitely recommend them!

This is the best Walmart Vision & Glasses Center I have ever been too!!! Dr. Colin Robison and his staff were very attentive to my needs. They also, gave me the best deal possible on my contacts and were extremely helpful in answering all my questions I had about my eye exam. I highly recommend you come here for all your vision needs! For me it was definitely worth the long drive!

Lorraine saved the day. I needed a set of frames as mine had broken and she was able to fit my lenses into a $28 pair right then and there. She deserves a raise and a BIG thank you. Very kind and helpful.
