I had a contact “emergency” and walked in 15 minutes before closing. Jennifer and another employee got right to work helping to get me a pair of contacts. I felt so bad getting there that close to closing but Jennifer was SO NICE and patient. She even took the time to price match and got me the lowest price for my contacts. I was so thankful for her help and kindness and we still walked out within 15 minutes!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I was seen on time for my appointment. They seemed great about trying to work in a person who showed up late for their appointment. They let me know what hours that I could pick up my glasses, I will definitely recommend!

Appointment was at 4:15 didn’t get to see the eye doctor until 4:40 almost 30 minutes. Which in my opinion is slow resulting in a 1 star

Won't be back its was fine when getting eye exam. Got a text glasses was ready and come pick them up. The Hispanic lady was rude and said "You can't get your glasses until after 3pm". The customer service sucks. I don't want to drive from Martin to Gainesville and not get glasses.
