Melanie and Anna are amazing! Handled my warranty issue with no problem. Amazon sold me bad lens cleaner and it ruined my lens. They also refilled all my lens cleaner bottles. Great frame collection as well!

When I was in desperate need for a pair of eyeglasses Anna came to the rescue and save me I'm able to see you again and I'm very grateful that I was able to meet her at Walmart to help me.

The lens from the machine to read the letters were dirt and the images had a massive glare. I told them, and the Doctor even said it was dirty lens but they would not stop the exam to clean them. They also gave me a PD number of 26 which is not even a reality-based number. My PD has always been 60. Also, the prescription compared to the last showed my eye sight had improved when it actually had gotten worse.
