I walked right in was greeted with a very pleasant smile from both Annie and Amber. I needed my glasses readjusted because they were falling off my face. Annie took them right to the back, did her magic really fast at that. I thought I was going to have to drop them off and pick them up later. This is the most amazing customer service I've experienced in quite a long time. I'm going to brag about this forever.
I went to pick up my glasses that I ordered. Said i have to come back nxt day coz they don’t have the technician. Why do i need technician for glasses? I went 5:15 just after i got off from work. They are not even close. “JUST TO PICK UP. “ they are not even close till 7pm!!!!
Amber and Annie are very friendly and assertive when it comes to my needs.. they are two of the best employees that I have seen at Walmart vision center… Amber deserves to be in a lead position and quit frankly she should be promoted. Thank both of you’ll for your hard work and dedication to me
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Amber and Annie. My previous prescription wasn’t comfortable, Amber suggested I get a second opinion and it was the best advice. I got my glasses now and I am extremely happy. Thankyou for being patient with us after our numerous visits and questions. Definitely going back for an extra pair
Had a wonderful experience with Annie. I had a few glasses, she helped me sort them out, which ones were still in good condition to reuse. They have a donation bin and good selection she picked some cute pairs for me. She was very knowledgeable and explained the different lenses they have. I’m very pleased with the visit.
