I will never return here ever again. Scam artists. There was always an excuse of why I had to pay out of pocket or why the price was different, each time. At first I thought nothing of it, until a family friend with the same insurance as me told me, I was no way supposed to even pay because I'm covered under my insurance. When I went here for my first visit, I was charged out of pocket for not only my exam, but for my contacts and/or glasses (whichever I chose), as well. My insurance covers these things. I called my insurance to verify, and my insurance told me exactly what was and wasn't covered. I was illegally charged out of pocket. I called walmart back and spoke to a manager, and he apologized and said it was a mistake on that person's behalf and that I would be refunded. I got my refund, and then returned back the next year, trusting there would be no issues again. My 2nd time returning, things changed again. I was told I had to pay for my exam, and also that the contact lenses were NO LONGER covered. At this point I'm not understanding what's changing on their part, but my insurance told me there were no changes at all. Clearly this money is being pocketed. I ended up not even getting my contacts, which was a major inconvenience because my vision being so bad and having no glasses at the time. I decided to go with nothing and ended up leaving with a Trial Pair of contacts that I got after my exam. Shortly after that, I went home again and called my insurance. I explained everything to them and they told me once again, Walmart gave me false information and that my contacts are covered. With it being such a huge corporation, im not thinking they're going to want to risk the company or their jobs at Walmart. I guess I thought wrong. Returning for the third and final time and year, I was appalled at what I discovered. I will never return here ever again. You all will be sued for what you're all doing. It wont be long before more people catch on or already have, and file a lawsuit. The third time I was told I was seeing a different doctor. When they told me how much my exam was, I asked why it was more and the lady's exact words were "that's just what this doctor charges, im sorry". I've never even heard of something like that from the same business and same exact place! I no way was paying, knowing im being scammed and they're pocketing money off each person. Follow with me now. I THEN see another worker walking to the back room, where the eye doctor is sitting in, with the prior patients cash, that they paid for their eye exam, IN HAND... giving it to the doctor. That was pretty obvious to me that they're all in on this operation together and all pocketing money. I'm not sure of everyone's experience, but this was mine. I hope this isn't happening to more people.

I have visited several times for selecting frames and lenses, making adjustments, and picking up my glasses. On each occasion, I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Rosa. She consistently provided outstanding service and created a highly positive experience. Her patience, helpfulness, and willingness to assist were truly commendable.
