Beware Poor Service. First time going to Walmart Vision in Niles. Received an eye exam for contacts. The exam was quick and was told they did not have my contacts on hand for a fitting and had to order. I paid the co-pay and for the fitting despite not getting fitted. It has been well over a week. Called the Walmart Vision phone number on the receipt and it was a Chicago location. They transferred and the representative shared she could not do anything since she is separate from the Doctor. I asked to speak to a Manager and was put on hold. The Manager never got on the phone. Never received the trail contacts for a fitting despite paying. Will definitely go back to LensCrafters!!

My whole experience at was exceptional. From the beginning to end, the whole process was seamless. The doctor, and specifically Rizwana, was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about the community and clients. If you’re looking for quality eye care, this is the place to go.
Tried to call for an appointment, talked to the older woman, she was rude, at the end of the call she hung up without saying goodbye. She said it is too soon to make appointment, last time she said it was too late very confusing.. and I couldn't find a spot for my kids easily. Always in a,rush when they answer the phone. They change policy often, then when with eyeglasses insurance ($20 or $25, don't remember how much it was, but previously it was free) they try not to change glasses, making up excuses and I am talking about kids' eyeglasses, you should do better specially with costumers who go to your store for years! Oh.. another thing, after spending about $600 for 3 pairs i had to beg for some wipes because they said it is not included anymore!
I kept calling them everyday if I could see the doctor earlier than my appointment. Today, the receptionist told me to walk in between 10 am by 1pm. I took my daughter and went there. No one was willing to help. One of them told me ask doctor if he says yes. I asked him and he told me if you wait then I will see her. I told the lady whatever dr told me. She didn't trust and asked the doctor and doctor told her to take appointment. If you dont accept walk in, why you tell me to be here between 10 am by 1pm. Not well management, no smiling face, no welcoming... No one cares you are value as patient.
I’ve seen Dr. Ford three times now, and all three visits deserve 5 stars. Dr. Ford treated me with respect and politeness. He was articulate, punctual, confident and knowledgeable in each process of the exam. In addition, Dr. Ford never rushed me during the exam. Sebastian took care of the paperwork and was kind and helpful as well. It’s vital that when we seek medical attention that we are treated with respect, nor viewed as hysterical. I’ve had enough experience to witness when medical professionals lack bedside manners and are dismissive. In my three visits in the last two years, I have not encountered that kind of halfhearted behavior here. I can only speak to my experiences. It’s unfortunate that there are negative reviews but their feelings are valid and I wasn’t there to see what transpired. However, on two of my visits there, customers were rude and impatient with the staff and felt entitled to talk down to them. Respect goes both ways. Mistakes happen. Give each other grace and compassion - we never know what is going on in that person’s life and we should not be reduced to one side of a single story. Well, sorry for the tangent and I’ll get off my soapbox now! Thank you to Dr. Ford and Sebastian. I’ll be visiting again.
