Mrs. Mullen was fantastic in helping alleviate the stressors of not only getting glasses for the first time, but helping me pick out my first pair. She treated me as if I was kin, and for that I am truly grateful. Thank You, kindness doesn’t cost a thing!

Jessica at the Muscatine Walmart was so nice and helpful! She made me feel very comfortable and did a great job showing me all of my options for my first pair of glasses! I will definitely be going back and asking for her!
One of the ladies working there with lenses scratched my mom’s glasses lens so we had to go in and get it fixed. The woman claimed it was a heat wave but it’s very clearly a scratch. We go in and the woman has fake fingernails over an inch and a half long with rhinestones on it. Watched her put the new lens into her frames with no gloves on so it’s no wonder why her lens came out scratched the first time. Not sure how someone can work with expensive medical equipment with such long nails. Odd that Walmart vision center wouldn’t ensure quality service by making sure employees are following standards. I’ve worked in daycare centers, food service, and retail and we had a dress code and hygiene policy to ensure we weren’t compromising any of the product/harming anyone so I’m very shocked to see this. The woman was very kind, and the lens came out fine the second time, but this situation could’ve been avoided quite easily.
I have purchased prescription glasses two different times from this location, and have been very pleased. Both times I worked with Tracy. She picked out frames appropriate for me and she did a great job. I am very happy with my prescription sunglasses and the price is reasonable.
Seems as if the staff doesn't like to deal with the clients. It takes forever and a day for your appointment to even get started. The glasses they give you break fairly easily, they don't tighten your glasses to your face enough so it's easy for them to just fall right off. I got prescription contacts from here and ran out before my 6 month supply was even up and then they told me it would cost around $300 to get more because my insurance wouldn't cover it for another 6 months. All in all, I would much rather drive to Iowa City or go to vision center.
