A really great eye care experience; the dr was very helpful, as well as the rest of the staff .

Went to different Vision Centers but this place got my glasses right the first time! The one working with me checked and double checked my measurements and had the manager check too. He was happy to do it. Came out perfect! Highly recommend!

I have never been helped and tended to so well in my life as I was by Zay in the frames department. Ive never had such amazing customer service anywhere ever! He helped me know the boundaries of my insurance for every little detail. As well as he helped me find not just the right fit for my physical needs but also the right fit for my lifestyle an my personal style. He had my questions answered before I could even ask most of the time. Not to mention he does not waste time at all. Very friendly,helpful, an professional. He will be my frames guy for my foreseeable future an I highly recommend any an everyone in need of frames do the same. You will not regret it I guarantee that 100% if only other service workers could have his positive helpfulness an happy attitude!

I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Shawn was knowledgeable, energetic, honest, and went well out of his way to make the entire experience a pleasant one for me. I'm grateful to Walmart and I highly recommend this Vision Center (Pawnee & South Broadway), and Shawn in particular, to anyone who is looking for eyeglasses. Zay was the guy who helped me and is the BEST associate in all of Walmart I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He made sure that we understood exactly what we could get, what was needed at what prices, and went above and beyound, without even trying, to make sure we were satisfied. Zay deserves more than recognition for how great his customer service is. If I could give 10 stars for this experience I would give 11. Thank you for the great experience Zay.
