I had the pleasure of speaking with Tracy. She was professional, helpful, kind, considerate.... I wonder with some of these reviews if she was merely responding to the energy she was receiving. Nonetheless, I found her and the rest of the staff at this location to be very helpful when calling in. Thanks again, Tracy!

Anti-reflective coating failed within 2 months rendering the glasses unusable. I only used Anti-reflective coating safe lens cleaner on my glasses as I always have without issues. I was told they could be fixed, but since I didn't purchase their warranty, I would have to pay for the fix. I'm guessing that their glasses only have a warranty if you pay for it, since flaws in their craftsmanship is not even covered for 2 months after purchase. Now, I'm stuck wearing my old pair for another year, due to insurance only paying once a year. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with their new; NO WARRANTY UNLESS YOU BUY ONE POLICY!!! Will never go back!!!

First off, my appointment was at 2pm, didn't see the doctor until 2:30. There is a huge difference in the vision between my right and left eye. Doctor brought in contacts for me to try, mixed them up, then argued with me about it. Went to check out, they charged me for something I knew my insurance covered. Double checked with my insurance, went back to the office, just to have Tracy smirk at me and tell "They never pay for that". Spent 45 minutes on the phone today with my insurance while they called Tracy and explained to her how to file an insurance claim. Avoid this place at all costs.

My daughter and I went here for our eye exams and glasses and overall, the experience was pretty good. Dr. Lameier is great, and he answers all your questions and is funny. Most of the staff is nice and helpful. There are a couple of things that I wish was a tad different, but overall, I would return. Here are the things that I wish was different and some might sound petty to some, but for me they are kind of frustrating. -We have been using Walmart optical for several years. We always went to the West Chester, Ohio location since we lived near it. This was the first time we have been to this one. I understand that the computer system isn’t the same between the different stores, but my daughter was in the system, and I wasn’t. Yes, this isn’t the worst but what followed is frustrating. We had our exams and ordered glasses and we were told when they come in that we will notify you. My daughter got a text saying her glasses were in and when she called to see if mine were there too, they couldn’t find me in their system. I filled out a registration form the day we went in, and they had my name, address, phone, and email! Yet, when she called, they couldn’t find my name, email, phone, or any other information which is infuriating! After 5+ minutes of trying things, they did eventually find me. I don’t get it! I don’t want to have to go through all this trouble the next time I go there. -I really don’t understand why Walmart separates the doctors and the part of the store where you have glasses made, but whatever. You think that they would communicate better. For instance, my daughter wanted contacts and when she went to order them, they couldn’t find the prescription in the system. They told her to go to the vision side and have them pull up the script. This went on for close to 10+ minutes before they got what they needed. Really?? -My daughter got a pair of glasses, a pair of sunglasses, and she got contacts. I only need reading glasses so mine was simple. We went to pick them up and when we arrived, they had my glasses which took them a bit to find even with the information that we were told to keep and use when we picked them up with the tray info and so on. My daughter only got her sunglasses and her contacts that she bought that day, but her glasses hadn’t come in yet. Why would we want to make several trips to get our stuff? Ridiculous! Here’s an idea…when you receive a customer’s order then contact them saying we got a part of your order, and you can come and get that part, or you can wait for the entire order that may or may not be here in a couple of days. -I really don't understand how they could mess up a pair of glasses, but this location can! I only require reading glasses because things closeup are a problem. I only put glasses on when reading or working on my computer and nothing more. I was told that I could get bifocals in which I chose not to have because I don't wear my glasses unless I am reading up close and nothing more. I am now the proud owner of a pair of glasses that I can't wear more than 5 minutes because they make my head hurt. Fortunately, I have my previous glasses.

Tracy that works there was rude and didnt want to help in any way. Says insurance wont pull in their system and to call the insurance company they said its showing active in avesis which is what she said she was using but refused to speak to the insurance company or call avesis and said its not their problem but then whispered to her coworker amber about it happening with another client earlier in their system then whispered about my friend who was the client while she was on the phone and i just stared at them like is this really happening? Amber was apologetic but Tracy continued to be rude refusing to help. Id give 0 stars for unprofessional behavior if possible however Amber attempted to help and was great and found her and was amazing Tracy was so concerned with clocking out she continued to be rude and blame the website for her incompetence
