Wait time was very little, gave me time to browse. Loren was great prepping for exam. Dr Kohle was very good and thorough. Reagan was great getting contacts and glasses. I will definitely be back. My husband said he will be there instead of traveling to Florence.
The staff was friendly and professional, making the process smooth and comfortable. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, and the exam itself was thorough. I felt well taken care of, and the environment was clean and welcoming.
The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so nice, funny and they made us feel extremely comfortable.
Dr. Thompson is excellent!! He gave me details on my eye conditions and how to best protect my eyes! When I needed a referral he called me personally to explain everything! Francesca out front is also fabulous—she spent 30+ minutes on the phone with my insurance confirming my coverage and made sure I had all the necessary forms fills out!
Staff was very friendly, carried conversations and were very helpful in picking out frames, the doc was a down to earth man that really made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands wpuld highly recommend the whole experience!
