This location has never once actually cared for you if you don’t have good insurance or paying with actual money. I had maybe two people I’ve ever liked at this exact location, and now that they’re gone. It’s replaced by snotty people. I don’t want to be a Karen. The wait time is even worse than Children’s and that’s saying something. Your appointment could be at 3:30. They won’t see you back until 4:20. (Around the exact timing I’ve dealt with today) And they’re always quick to say root canal, knowing full well that you can’t afford one. So I have to be 29 years old and only having 4 teeth on the top of my head. Thats amazing. I feel like they could’ve done SOMETHING or tried anything before always quick to pulling. Anyways, the office waiting area is extremely boring. The front desk person, seems to be nice but she’s the slowest person on the planet. Again, she’s nice. I’m just an impatient person and have really bad anxiety. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location if you don’t have much money.

I see the nest provider, Nurse Thomas and she is amazing. The front desk staff is great. Now the patient's are not people I would associate with. But if you need good, reliable, fast care that accepts most insurances they can take care of you. The building is clean, nice parking lot and accepting patients when other providers have a large back log/ wait time to schedule with. Im not a fan of the patient portal but I am a fan of my favorite provider! Excellent credentials & kind beside manner Nurse K. Thomas, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC!

Dr. Florus is the best. I have always been nervous as the dentist but not with her. She cares about everyone in her chair and is very good at explaining everything she is doing. Dr. Florus is Healthpoint’s best dentist hands down!

I had a cavity filled at healthpoint two months ago. Dr Flores (the dentist) didn’t clean out the decay enough. I had a terrible experience getting this tooth filled there, the numbing wore off, she went to see other patients for an hour and I felt the entire thing, she tried to put topical numbing but it did not work. The person assisting who was a trainee realized after that she didn’t even have the water on while drilling so it was like drilling chalk and choppy and painful. Two months later, I had an awful smell every time I flossed and extreme hot/cold sensitivity, pain when eating etc. So I decided to go to another dentist after reading more reviews similar to my experience and recommended I not return. The dentist I decided to go to said if they were to drill down to get to the rest of the decay out, it would be too close to the nerve and cause me to need a root canal. To save the nerve and tooth since it’s a molar, they drilled it down & took out additional decay and have to put a crown on it. So I got fitted for another crown and get it done in two weeks. In total it cost 1700 to fix this. They also messed up the margin which made it more difficult to correct and I had very heavy bleeding. Do not go here and risk paying even more and be in more pain. Borrow money from a friend, out it in a credit card just anything besides going here. Most dental places have payment plans or some monthly program to get 2 appointments covered a year.

This place is a hot mess I have never been to an establishment disorganized! I originally came here to get some help with my mental health My very first appointment there are 2 lady’s the one that sits by the dentist sign is very nice the other girl has a straight attitude problem someone went in my profile and had another’s family information in my portal I had to call and get it fixed because none of the information was mine, I had an telehealth appointment yesterday. Customer service calls me today and again calls me by the wrong patient isn’t that a form of hippa? They asked me to reschedule says she didn’t see my original appointment on the schedule .. I am just going to find another center to try to get help because on top of me not getting any help they are making my anxiety worse this place is NOT worth the STRESS!
