I get my tests and rx done through U-M but always get my glasses from here and have never had complaints. Today had to bring in my broken pair and Chris was extremely helpful, nice, and explained things well to me. Definitely will continue getting my glasses from here.

The doctor and staff here are amazing! I can’t speak highly enough about how wonderful the dr and staff were. They were professional, detail oriented, kind and patient with me and my entire family. If you are looking for a great experience in eye care this is where you need to go!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for glasses and contacts. The doc wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. However the contacts were not right. I called within 2 days and asked for another appointment. They scheduled me for the following Saturday. When I got in there there was a different doctor and he was very upset with me. He informed me that I was not his patient and to take care of me would take too much time. He acted like my time was not a factor. It takes a lot for me to go to any type of doctor. That was about 6 weeks ago and I Finally have I Saturday off to where I can go in and see the original doctor. I told the staff what had happened and asked why would they scheduled me on A-day my doctor was not in. Thay informed me that the doctor should not have treated me that way. That the doctors see one another's patients.
Thank you Brenda for repairing my glasses today. One of my lens popped out. I found the screw for the frame and Brenda tightened both for me. I appreciate your office being open on a Saturday.
