I called the vision center and asked for the manager so that I can bring some students in on a regular basis for eye exams and frames. The manager told me she is not hiring right now. I explained to her that I was not looking for a job. She called me Sir and I informed her that I was not a Sir but a lady. She stated again she was not hiring and hung up in my face. Worse phone call of the year. We spend about $10k a year on our students and want to provide them with a great pair of glasses along with great customer service. Apparently this is not the place! Highly disappointed. 5/22/26 location: Walmart Dearborn

Not recommended for any one . Doctor make it blurry I can't read and asked me many personal questions I don't know why . Team work there so aggressive not helping . I asked them for my vision test they said we already have it so don't need to give it to you after I said send it by email they ignored me. Not recommended
An awful experience. When you walk in your ignored. Empty office but the workers are to busy to help you. The doctor wasn't bad but the girls out front are too busy to help you.
Doctor is excellent but who ever makes the lenses did a horrible job, I paid almost $300 only for lenses and used my own frame, less than three months later, the lenses are fully scratched, I took them to the front desk lady and she said it’s the anti scratch layer coming off and I need new lenses cause I didn’t purchase warranty for it, I took care of my glasses and clean them strictly with lenses wipes, the pair I had before from somewhere else lasted more than 2 years until my vision changed and needed new prescription.
I went there last fall to get replacement lenses and found them extremely helpful. The lenses were far better quality than my previous optometrist. I recently went back and had an eye exam with Dr. Habib and got new frames. The quality of the frames is excellent and I paid far less out of pocket than at my previous optometrist.
