Although I can not remember the eye doctor's name I appreciate how she took the time to explain the use of contacts to my son (this was his first time using contacts). She along with her staff were very patient with him when it came to him. From watching the video showing how to put the contacts in his eyes and taking them out to him actually doing the work himself. The entire staff is always professional and they handle things in a timely fashion. I will definitely return!

Nothing wrong with the workers here, they were completely wonderful and worked so well with my little one. My only issue is with the eye company and the billing department overall. The over charge like crazy. I paid over $140.00 for my sons glasses and he has two insurances and I then recieved a bill four months later saying I owe more money! Absolutly absurd, expecially because we got the cheapest stuff we could since he breaks his glasses. When I called the service line I was on hold for over 30 minutes each time and somehow it always got disconnected.
My visit was Perfect. Love Amy and the other girls. The Doctor was pleasant and good with Patient Information. I LOVE MY GLASSES! I had them 5 days after my exam. The lenses are exactly the way I requested and worth every single penny. The frame is durable and fashionable. Would definitely return.
Do not go here. I really like Walmart's vision centers. Normally the service is quicker, cheaper and the same quality as a doctor's office. This location is awful. My first appointment back in NOVEMBER was great. I was seen quickly, the exam seemed thorough, everyone was friendly, etc. I have had to go back five times now to try and get the right contacts. The second visit was a simple pick-up, quick and easy. The third was a follow-up because I wasn't able to see well at night. I waited over an hour and a half, saw the doctor for exactly 6 minutes, and waited another 15 minutes to be told my contacts had to be ordered. I waited a week and a half and got a call to pick them up. I picked them up and realize they were THE SAME CONTACTS! So, I called after two weeks when I figured out they were just the same prescription and I got told that I have had another pair waiting. I never got called and told I had another pair there. I was never told when I picked them up that I had another pair waiting for me. It's been two months, five trips, and I'm still left squinting.
The eye doctor is very rude and unprofessional. She will refuse to send over an emergency prior authorization if it is needed, even if it is asked for by the medical insurance company. I would not recommend going here.
