My husband and I visited the Grand Rapids Supercenter on Wednesday July 24th. He needed his lens which were scratched repaired and we also wanted to get information about getting him an extra pair of eyeglasses. We were waited on by a Wonderful gentleman Tim. What a pleasure it was to do business with him. He was Very Patient Knowledge and Courteous. If all of the Associates at Walmart are like him no one would want to go anywhere else to shop. Great Service Great Attitude with Attention to Details.I Highly Recommend Tim he is a Valuable Asset to Walmart. Thank You We Appreciate You.
I sat on my glasses and they got all bent. I thought I'll have to get a new pair. But my sister told me to try Walmart. I stopped at this one (at 5859 28th St) on May 23, 2023 at around 3pm. The lovely Christine took my glasses in back and came back in a few minutes...my glasses were like new...they fit perfect! She gives off such kind energy, and the best help with a smile. Next time I want a new frame (maybe in 6 months or a year) I will buy them here only because of her. If by chance, she is no longer working here, then I'll leave and go somewhere else to find frames. I hope she gets promoted a lot, I like her, a great personality.
I myself, and my three daughters all go to the Wal-Mart vision center in cascade. The Doctor there makes you feel very comfortable and she is extremely thorough. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful. I moved away for a few years and had to go to another eye Doctor, and was miserable. So glad that we decided to move back and return to this office!
The previous time I bought glasses, I went to the Wal Mart vision center, way back when, because they had a good deal at the time. I remember them being really quick, so, needing glasses quickly I went there this time too. The deal was not too great, and they insisted they could not use my old frames - even with cheap frames it ran about $340 - but I needed new lenses, and soon. After I paid, they told me it would be about 7 days. By the time I finally have my glasses (if their projection of "not today but maybe next week") is correct, it'll have been 14 to 17 days by the time I finally see my glasses :(
