This was my husband's and my first experience with Walmart Vision Center in Joplin, MO. Everyone was kind and helpful. All the employees seemed to be in a good mood and were cheerful and talkative. They genuinely seemed to like eachother which made us feel welcome. Tawny helped my husband and I with picking out our glasses, figuring out our insurance, and making sure we ordered exactly what we needed such as progressives, transitions, and insurance, but did not push anything on us that we didn't need. The prices were good, less expensive than the last place I bought glasses. I love the texts we received that kept us informed on when our glasses would be ready. So happy we tried Walmart Vision. We definitely will make this our go-to for glasses from now on.

Arrielle and Dr. Grant are spectacular! For a short time we tried other places because our insurance directed us that way. That did not last long. Their knowledge care, and customer service lap the field when it comes to other places.
Eye exam was very professional. Tried to get new glasses through my ins. Wanted a quote. The girl helping me was new. Her supervisor was right their and insisted on yelling back in forth on what to put in computer. Finally after no help. I gave up stated buy somewhere else. I will go back to Webb City Vision. Not a good experience.
Went in today with something on the inside of one of my contacts making it very blurry. I asked if I could use their contact area and put a few drops of their solution on my contact. She told me I could buy some solution and I told her I've been a customer there for years and have boughten my contacts thru them. She still wouldnt let me do a FEW drops so i could fix my contact. I wont be back to this place for my next eye appt and for sure wont order any contacts thru them anymore
Grant, David OD is the BEST eye doctor I've ever had hands down! I'm comfortable coming here. I drive for a living, and I had a situation occur with my eyes awhile back that raised red flags. You never realize how much you TRULY NEED your eyes until something is wrong with them. When I called the office stating what was going on, David had me in just two days later! (I picked that day due to being off work) he could've had me in the next day. We ended up figuring everything out, and he prescribed me some better contacts! Who knew high blood pressure could cause blurry/foggy vision? If you have any questions or concerns, David will do his absolute best to answer them, and if he doesn't have the answer, he WILL get back to you. I highly recommend coming here. They'll treat you like family.
