I have no complaints about the staff who work at this location. I ordered a pair of RX eyeglasses in early 2025, and the wrong glasses (not my RX, not my frame) were sent to the optical center in my name. They corrected it. I got emails and phone calls from WalMart Optical about this situation. Today, I finally had chance to call Walmart Optical back, and they were not wishing to discuss this incident, even though this is why I was asked to call. The person on the 855 toll free number wanted to discuss my "overdue" money owed. What? I owed nothing after sending in payment. She looked at my account and said "Ok throw that new bill away.You did pay". But that is not why I was asked to call and sit on hold for 30 minutes. I incidentally had the wrong glasses sent to me at this location once before, in 2021. I had ZERO problems with the Latrobe WalMart, so therefore, I will not give business to this Greensburg location again.

This is now my third time buying glasses here. I always get a nice pair and a set for work. The people are wonderful, and the quality of the glass frames and lenses are the same quality as the overpriced ones I purchased at an eye Dr's office. They sell you want you want and don't pressure you to buy add ons. I do however always buy the $20 insurance that cover scratches, breakage, etc. Highly recommended.

All the ladies at the Greensburg vision center were so nice and patient. I always take a while to decide on a frame and they all helped and gave opinions while I decided. I did not feel rushed and felt like they cared about me getting something I liked. They have a great selection of frames at this location also! Will definitely be back!

Both my daughter and I got glasses. The two ladies working were great. Very quick and efficient. Got our glasses in less than a week. We love them. Will be a returning customer.

Great experience! Becky helped me sell my new brand bands and offered me blue light and now I don’t have any more headaches! I will be back again to order another pair real soon!
