Walmart Vision Center

This is not the place to buy glasses! They no longer guarantee against scratches. Your scratch has to be very large and in the middle of the lens to get any help at all. Now I'm left with glasses that are all scratched up to the point they give me a headache that I paid a fortune for. I bought glasses at Walmart for years and they always took care of any issue; I guess those days are over. Look elsewhere for quality service.

You know what, we had a very pleasant visit. My childs regular doctor couldn't get her in until February, so I scheduled here and got an appointment a couple days away. I really appreciated that. Once there, we were in and out pretty quick. The staff and doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. I also really liked the fact that they didn't torture my little one with drops or the shot of air into the eyes. It was a really good experience without any trauma. I just wish her insurance would cover their glasses but that is not their fault.

Doctor Lynn is fantastic! Exceptionally polite, experienced established an absolutely level headed. I'll never use another eye doctor until she retires from her trade.

Terrible customer service. I stressed that my far away vision is blurred. The physician seemed anything but concerned. She was rude and in a hurry. Same with the technician that was helping me choose my frames. He was more interested in cracking jokes than helping me choose a frame that I was happy with. I ended up with a pair of expensive reading glasses with frames that I don't like at all that fall off my face. He said he's more concerned about what fits me right than what looks good. So I paid for reading glasses that don't fit, don't look good, and didn't help my vision at all. Very disappointing when I've been so looking forward to finally seeing better. Waste of time and money.
