I am posting this review for my friend. She had bought glasses at 400 dollars in January. She got the recommended anti-glare coating. Now at 6 months later the coating is wearing off with careful cleanings. Personally I never had a anti-glare coating come off on my glasses. She tried to get the lenses replaced and they would not cover it because she did not even buy a warranty. And, they never offered her one. So she is out of a good pair of glasses and will have to buy a new pair. Do not ever get the anti-glare coating from Walmart vision centers.

It's incredible how one bad attitude can completely ruin an otherwise perfect customer service experience. When I first picked out and ordered my glasses, I had the pleasure of working with Heather and another outstanding associate from the Batesburg-Leesville store. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was truly one of the best customer service experiences I've had—they took the time to help me choose the perfect pair of Calvin Klein frames. Then, when I went in to pay, I had the misfortune of dealing with Brian 👎😕🚫. He was short, dismissive, and downright rude. Now, I'm seriously considering heading over to Costco Vision instead.
Dr Pratt is a caring Dr. Takes the time to explain things if you have questions. Everyone was very kind during my most recent visit. Ms Caitlin Forquer went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my new glasses.
My son broke his back up pair of glasses today (christmas eve) have been trying to get in touch with his normal doctors office for weeks who won't return calls, answer the phone and as of today can't leave a 4th message bc the VM box is full...called in desperation of find a pair of frames to fit his lenses...not only did they accommodate and have a pair that fit the cash price was significantly less than I am paying with in network insurance at his current doctor! Currently they do not accept my insurance but they have likely gained my family.of 4 at patients. Thank you so much S Lake vision center team. Merry Christmas
I found the customer service in the vision center to be quite accommodating. I had my vision script with me and looked at frames for a couple of minutes until they could help me. The lady looked up my insurance to see if any discounts applied and we custom built the package I wanted. The pricing was very affordable so I even added the transitions coating. My glasses were ready in a week. Overall a great experience!
