I made a visit here for a bit of a complex contact prescription. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special thanks to Sharon. She was very diligent to make sure I was getting a good set of contacts; she was very honest about getting a refund that was due to me. Super super thank you.

When I arrived Kathy was gossiping with a lady, after standing there for 5 minutes, Kathy said do you need something. I said i would like to have my glasses adjusted. She said he will be back shortly he is somewhere in the store, she continued her conversation. After about 10 minutes the lady left, Kathy said let me see your glasses seeming irritated. Just then he returned and adjusted my glasses. Didn’t like Kathy’s attitude or customer service.

Came once before closing hours and they had closed early. Came again with my 4 children. Lady was very rude to my children and not friendly at all in general! Also there was nowhere for any extra family to sit and lady would not let children use stools. They had to sit on the floor. I would not say a good place to bring your children.

If I could give them 0 I would. The Dr. that was there was not helpful at all. He didn’t even take the time to look at my prescription before telling me I had to print it out. Then went and stood in the long long to make a photo only to get up front for him to tell me that my script was incorrect. He just didn’t seem to care.

I have been trying to replace my broken frames for nine months. I keep getting told to go somewhere else despite having purchased the frames from there.
