I am so impressed with the service at this location. The staff went above and beyond to help my 75-year-old parents find glasses that fit perfectly within their budget. It is rare to find a place where the team is so honest, patient, and genuinely willing to help you. Their professionalism and kindness made all the difference for my family.
Everyone here is so kind! I got my frames from here a couple months ago and I came in because my screws came out and they fixed them for free and were very fast!
A week ago, we went in to get a new lens for my son’s glasses. Those are his only pair. The person working there, who had been rude to us the entire time, took my information and told me that the lens would be here a week later. I called to check on the status of my order, but was met with the same level of rudeness and was offered to drop my sons glasses off so it could take another week to get done…then I was rudely told that I could go somewhere else. Nice job Walmart, never again!
I really like these folks. Reasonable, try to work with insurance and they have frames you want to wear. Also, the staff is very nice. I ordered glasses and got an education at the same time I picked up other stuff I need. I will definitely go back.
Very bed service lady on front deck make me feel like 3 world country so sad never take my kids there again
