They will not answer their phones if their lives depended on it. Also was told they would need to call me back to finish scheduling an eye exam and they never did.

I have been attempting to just buy grocery store glasses for years but they were so challenging during outdoor activities (hiking, climbing). I took the plunge and decided to go talk to the Eye Center about getting contact lenses. All of the staff were amazing! The doctor explained everything in detail and within a week I had new contact lenses that have changed my life. I am so happy with the whole experience from start to finish. The staff here is caring, patient and awesome. Thank you!
I spent a little more than $500 & the optometrist got my prescription wrong. At first he wanted to see my glasses so he'd have a starting point but then he said he got it. I am a cancer patient going through chemo so I could not get back to him until a month later. He wasn't in that day so I went another day when he would be in and for some reason he had to be away. I still do not have the correct prescription in my glasses or contacts and it's very frustrating because I can't see the signs when I'm driving and I have to drive to Seattle/Tacoma area. I'm hoping that he will be in on my next trip so that he corrects my prescription. I only hope they do this without me having to pay again. There was an extra charge for exam for contacts & extra charge reading lens on glasses so in the end $500 for a senior on social security Also the frames I bought broke immediately and the gal who measured where the reading part would go on glasses did it wrong so I have to wear glasses half way down nose or depth perception is wrong & I misstep.
I took my 9 yr old daughter in for an eye exam for the 1st time today & the lady at the front desk Sonya if I remember correctly was absolutely amazing. She did the photos of her eyes, so we didn't have to get them dilated & played this spaceship game with her to help her feel comfortable. She said her eyes were the lasors & they were hunting aliens. It was so cute & made both my daughter & I super comfortable there. Also the dr was great as well. Amazing experience, we would definitely recommend.
Dr Law is a great eye doctor with good bedside manner. He helped me feel much better about what I was going thru with my eyesight. And the other staff is very friendly and helpful.
