I arrived at 4:00 PM and there was a sign saying the staff would be back at 4:20 and leaving again at 4:45. I waited about 45 minutes, and no one showed up. This was very frustrating and a waste of my time. If you post a return time, it should be respected or at least updated. I understand things can happen, but communication and time management need to be improved.
Great experience today, customer service was superb! Will definitely come back. Thank you to the staff there.
Gwen the Vision Tech went above and beyond. I don't remember the Dr's name but she was really nice and good. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend.
They don’t have an eye doctor here. Can’t do vision tests. Pointless to even have a locations here.
I'm pretty sure they went out of business or their glasses aren't strong enough to find the phone and answer it. Guess I'll go elsewhere for my vision needs.
