Always a great experience! My daughters and I have gone here for our eye exams for many years and would recommend it to anyone! Dr. Bound is friendly and professional, and Tammy is incredible! She always walks us through the entire vision insurance process. So lucky to have such great service in town!
Was there last week to get my step daughter glasses and one staff member stood out to me. Wonderful, light haired lady. Her desk was on the front left side walking in. She spoke with us during our first visit and we left but came back with the kids. She had already punched out for the day but she stayed anyway and helped us pick out the perfect pair of glasses.
The team here is incredible! Tammy, Terri and Dr. Bound have been there for as long as our family has been and always go above and beyond!! We're moving and I'm so sad that I have to find another provider. Thanks to the team there for the excellent care you've provided over the years!!
Very good doctor. Don't buy your glasses from Walmart optical however. I have a problem with mine. They told me there is nothing they can do about it. So I complained and they replaced my lenses. They have the same problem that the old ones did. There is small print on both lenses and they swear up and down this is normal. I've had glasses for over 30 years. It is NOT normal.
