Walmart Vision Center

PROS—- When choosing my frames, lenses & all Ms. Kymber was very helpful, patient & knowledgeable with information of all. She was enjoying her job & assisting customers & is a definite asset to this company!!!! CONS— After a call from Devon that my glasses were ready I went to pick up the next day , and found 3- 5 people waiting for some help — BUT—- only 2 workers there, one lady was very not liking her job or people!! UPDATE= That very unprofessional woman is no longer there & replaced by another helpful, friendly woman Laura who aims to service us customers ! And I’d like to add that the knowledgeable, friendly, manager Devon is on top of his people pleasing job. He sees what / who is wrong & takes care of it!! 🙌👏 Kudos to all you hard working & appreciated work team here at the Malabar Walmart location= thank you & keep up the great job!! 👍🤗 *** This place is so much more customer- pleasing then the Palm Bay Rd place***

When I went here I wasn’t expecting much. Just affordable lenses and frames. What I got was some amazing customer service. Gene is amazing. He didn’t just ring me up, he made suggestions, helped me pick out frames that better fit my nose and face. He even took me outside to see how a set of frames looked in natural lighting. This guy made the store feel like a boutique and he never made me feel rushed one bit. Even with that level of service, I still walked out with a great value for my money. Overall such a surprising experience.

I had an outstanding experience at Walmart's Vision Center, thanks to Devon! From the moment I walked in, Devon was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my options clearly, helped me find the perfect lenses, and made sure everything fit just right. What really stood out was his patience and attention to detail — he made the entire process easy and stress-free. It's rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to great customer service. Devon truly went above and beyond, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. If you’re visiting the Vision Center at Walmart, I highly recommend asking for Devon. He’s a true asset to the team!

I'd like to give 1 star due to the visit I had earlier this year when I was ignored by staff talking among themselves, then I was given the wrong order after they already took my payment and kept insisting that they were correct. When I finally convinced them they had it wrong, then they were telling me they were unable to process a refund for the contacts that were wrong but I wouldn't be able to take my correct ones without paying for them as well. It was a mess. I'd give 5 stars to Bruce. He is the only one I trust and the reason I continue to return. He's patient and helps explain any questions you may have, all while being super cheerful and kind.
