Dr Cristina Escobar was very helpful and professional. My eye exam was quick and thorough. They also accept my Medicaid which is great! They have a great selection and different styles of frames. They also sell contacts of various brands. The only negative is that my glasses took over 10 days to be processed which was quite long. They said it would only be a week. I had 2 pairs made which probably added to the wait time. Aside from that I highly recommend Optical Outlets for your vision needs.

I had my first eye exam in years with Dr. Durante, and it was a great experience. He made everything easy to understand, took the time to explain the exam and my results clearly, and answered all of my questions. The entire visit was smooth, informative, and never felt rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Durante to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring eye doctor.

Dr Durant was the most amazing optometrist I have seen in years. He really cared about what was going on. He was super kind and patient with me as he helped me understand all about my eyes and my benefits. I got contacts and glasses!! 10/10

I have had the worst experience here this year. The staff is great but the lab they send it off to is lacking. I waited 7 working days for my glasses and get them back as sunglasses. So here I am another 7 working days again. Then I get a Crack in the frame out of no where. Sitting watching TV. So here I am another 4 working days, wearing my 3 year old glasses, thank goodness I still had them in my dresser. So being without I thought I would get a courtesy call from a person that they are ready. No such luck. I will definitely not be back. Finding another place for sure. 😳🤪.

Dr. Durante was quick and efficient with my appointment today. What I thought might take an hour after seeing the short staffed sign took less than a half hour and I can already tell my prescription is crisper. And I got to say I am very appreciative of Dr. Durante updating my contact prescription this year to astigmatism. I have always highly suspected I had astigmatism but never given a script for it having been told it’s not enough of an astigmatism.
