This store is disgusting. This is just one small example: self-checkout #43 on 07/06/2026, around noon. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned in months. With conditions like this, it would be almost impossible not to have roaches and/or rodents. I wish the health department would do more around here.

This Supercenter is clean and spacious with plenty of items to choose from. There is a grab and go area which is a great addition to the checkout area. There restrooms were clean and stocked, and the layout of the store is remarkably similar to the St Lucie West Blvd store further south. They are remodeling and so far the store looks great. I found everything I needed today and enjoyed my experience.
Michelle who worked the ladies dressing room was very nice and helpful. She had a very positive attitude, she went and got me different sizes in the dress I was trying on she helped me to decide if it looked nice on me. Very good customer service Michelle!!! Keep up the good work.
Chase was an amazing associate! He brought my groceries out to my car, carefully organized everything in my trunk, and was extremely pleasant throughout the whole interaction. His helpful attitude and great customer service really stood out and made my experience much better. Associates like Chase make shopping here a great experience. Thank you!
I went to Walmart pharmacy with the documentation from my doctor and the approval from my insurance company, but they still refused to give me the medication. At first, they said my doctor did not provide the required documentation, so I went back to my doctor and obtained the documents. However, when I returned, they still refused to fill the prescription, this time saying that the insurance company had written the dosage incorrectly. I contacted my insurance company, and they confirmed that everything was correct on their end. Despite this, the Walmart pharmacy still refuses to provide my medication. They have not made an effort to identify the actual issue and have instead shifted responsibility to my doctor and insurance company. At one point, a pharmacist in a white coat made a very rude comment, saying, “I don’t want to deal with this garbage,” which was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Because of this experience and the poor level of service, I will not be using Walmart pharmacy again. The behavior I encountered was completely unacceptable. ⸻ If you want, I can also help you turn this into a formal complaint letter or message to Walmart corporate so it carries more weight.
