Worst experience at an eye exam ever. The person who assist the doctor was very unfriendly and rude. She was annoyed with me that I didn’t have a medical insurance card then said multiple times I would be billed if there was anything medically wrong with my eyes. Keep in mind I’m not there because anything is wrong. I’m there for an updated prescription. Once we got to the back she kept accusing me of having something medically wrong wrong with sinuses or congestion. I could tell she was annoyed with me so I started having an anxiety attack which she also pointed out rudely. I will never go to this location again. I got tearful and upset. This worker was rude and unprofessional.

Very disappointed Came in on Saturday 5:20 p. The lady was too busy to help me and there was no other customers there. She had to close up before 6pm she said. All I needed was lenses possibly new glasses and was prepared to pay cash. I had my prescription in hand.
Lisa was great and took her time to help me. She seems to care about the customer and was very professional.
Patricia in the vision department was so helpful and had wonderful personality she even fixed my glasses. Thank you so much Patricia !! 5 stars
This was the first time I used the Walmart vision center in Galesburg snd I will never use them again. I decided to go there because several people I know said they loved their glasses from them. I love the look of my glasses and was pleased with the price but the service is terrible. I decided to get anti reflective coating for the first time at the suggestion of staff and they did not warn me that it is very easy to scratch. I had terrible scratches after a few weeks and thought it was the fog spray they gave me. They replaced my lenses and again they are scratched terrible. I called them and they said stop in and they would see what they could do. They blamed me for not caring for my glasses and even stated they don’t care for their glasses very well and they don’t have scratches. I have had my last glasses for six years and not one scratch. They said I am doing something to them such as throwing them down onto the lenses. I am so offended because I have been being extremely careful knowing my last lenses scratched so easy. Let me say I will never be back. My husband also got glasses for the first time and tried contacts snd they called him to pick them up and had lost them. He had to go back another day after leaving work early. I will be going to Kehoe next time. They might be a more expensive eye doctor will be worth it to get treated well.
