I just had surgery and my glasses didn’t make it home with me from the hospital. I called them for a replacement pair and they were so kind! They let my husband come in and pick me out frames, even offered to walk outside to the car to let me try some on since I couldn’t make it in the store! That was above and beyond. I really appreciate them!

My husband, my son & I got our eyes tested & our glasses made here. We got them today & couldn't be happier with all three pair! For the first time in years I can see everything! First Class Job!!!!! Thank you to the folks at the Winchester Walmart Vision & Glasses!

Last week I went as a walk in and I was there for 5 hours. The eye doctor was busy shopping for cat food, shorts and crocks. Today I went to pick up my contacts and googled the time to be open (7am) their door said 9:30 but their hours are so crazy for a business anyway. Nothing in Winchester is a open at 7. So I waited and by the time they opened they were busy. So as I sat at the benches where the doors are to Walmart having a phone conversation waiting a lady who worked there asked me to conduct my conversation somewhere else. I’ll pay more money anywhere else but to go back there again. I also paid for two boxes of contacts and only got one. The man said oh but it’s 24 in the box. Yes I paid for 48. Never again!

Our family loves Dr Pippen! We never feel rushed and he explains everything so it’s easy to understand. Convenient hours too!

Dr Pippin is THE BEST eye Dr I've ever seen! Very thorough and very funny as well as relatable.
