Walmart Vision Center

Picture this: it’s Christmas morning at your grandma’s house. Everything is taken care of, presents are wrapped, the house smells amazing, and she makes you Mickey Mouse pancakes with chocolate chips. Then she gives you a hug that feels like it lasts all day. That’s exactly how I felt today at the Walmart Vision Center. Dr. Zack and Sarah (the manager) created that experience. They went above and beyond to take care of me, made everything easy, and treated me like more than just another customer. Truly appreciate the care—highly recommend.

This was the best experience I have ever had with eye exam and picking out glasses. The eye Dr was awesome, funny and made you feel comoletely comfortable. Cracked jokes and seemed very down to earth. The ladies out front were funny, full of smiles and knew their stuff. My oldest has had glasses since he was 6 months old. He has had bi focals since he was 2 and hes 19 now. Hes just learning how his bi focals should work. We went to pick up our new glasses yesterday and the eye tech helping spend a good 20 minutes or more working on his glasses. She was patient and kept trying everything. She even gave us advice we had never heard before and so far its working. He refused to wear his last new pair of glasses, over 300 dollars wasted, but these new pair we got, he has had on since we got them. I wont go anywhere else from here on out. I hope they keep treating this crew well because Id be sad to see them go. Keep up the amazing work you are all doing. We will for sure be back when we need our next set of glasses or any issues come up with our vision. Thank you for all you do..

I can not say enough good things about the staff there! All of them, from the woman answering phones to the optometrist were super friendly and helpful. Worked with my insurance and got everything done like I mattered and not just a number...which is how Walmart usually feels.

Kelsey is the best optical associate we have ever worked with at a Walmart Optical!!! She was able to assist us with our emergency by finding solutions to assist us. We will make this our new place for our optical care even if we have to travel to get what we need.

BEST eye doctor EVER!!! What a great staff and amazing optometrist!!! They were so great with my daughter and her needs. I can’t say enough good things about the Doc!
