If I could give zero stars, I would I saw him twice For the same appointmentand twice my glasses didn’t work. I wear bifocals and I couldn’t see far away or close-up. I tried to talk to him in the appointment and he would not listen to me at all. Very rude. I tried to tell him I couldn’t see and he said I know what I’m doing and obviously he doesn’t or I could see.!!!! The girls out front were all very nice and very helpful. They just need to get rid of him!!

I only gave 5 stars because I couldn’t leave 7! My glasses fit the best here in 10+ years. The staff are absolute rockstars! There are Saturday appointments available for the optometrist every other week which is a plus.
Theresa in reception deserves a raise for having to work with the rude grump of an optometrist. If you hate dealing with people, even people who are perfectly kind and respectful, wouldn’t it be better to work in a profession where you… I don’t know, don’t have to talk to other people? Or better yet, smile and try to have a good day. Won’t be returning for sure!
Absolutely wonderful ladies in the vision department. Would have given 5 stars, but the actual doctor leaves a lot to be desired. Not a very pleasant man, even rude speaking. He’s in the wrong profession as an optometrist. Being polite to people is kinda part of the job too.
I have two pairs of glasses from WalMart Vision in Fallon. Krista, vision manager, did a great job of fitting them. but, I broke the tip of the temple on my sun glasses, I took them in for repair. A replacement temple is no available, but she found a fix that works great. She also adjusted my reading glasses. Didn't need an appointment and now I can look down without my glasses falling off. I am not easy on my glasses and Krista has my back. I don't see me going anyplace else for vision services.
