Extremely pleased with the eye exam and doctor she went the extra mile to perform a very thorough examination and the ladies that help with picking frames and insurance billing are quite knowledgeable and very patient and pleasant to engage with I will always come back for future needs and rather than name individuals I would just like to say everyone does a fantastic job here. Thanks to everyone!!!

Called to make two appointments and had a very rude scheduler!! Acted as if its a bother to set up appt and insurance. Couldn't finish a sentence without her talking over me. But then she stated several times she couldn't hear me?? Maybe if she didnt rudely talk over people she could. They've now lost three customers due to her piss poor attitude.
I have been going to this vision center for at least 10+ years and have never once been treated this horribly! The women that work the main floor are amazing ladies that a do a phenomenal job but Dr. Baker is rude and unprofessional. While doing a recheck, she told me that she "Doesn't just turn dials randomly" and made me feel like I was lying.. Why would I lie about what I can and cannot see?! That's ridiculous! Definitely not going back to a place where a Dr. cannot accept that they can make a mistake. That's just being a human.
Understaffed! The workers are great but the way it’s ran is ridiculous! I can never get through on the phone, I’ve went to pick up my order 6 different times and waited over 30 mins to get waited on and ended up walking out. They need more help!!! I’m finding a different center!
This place wasn't bad, necessarily. The worker was very polite, helpful enough but not very informative, they do have less expensive glasses, which were the reason I went but they weren't any that I would ever buy, the ones I would buy were more expensive. There was also a wait, considering there was only one worker and three customers, but she was as quick as she could be.
