Check your insurance!!! I was told they didn't take neither my daughter's nor mine, so I paid 150 cash and I just got my insurance starng cut Feb, and the doctor charged my insurance for my granddaughters appointment then wouldn't sell us contacts!!!! Whoever worked lady lastnight,, I think is stealing. No doctor would be that stupid.

To whoever this may concern. You're an eyeplace, and you clearly cannot SEE when a person is in distress. My older mother came in on the morning of January 19th. I know it was before 10am because of the phone calls i was receiving. She quickly became lethargic and unwell. she's seen your tables and chair and had to sit fast. She was asked by a female worker to leave. My mother said she may need an ambulance. Your worker did not care and made her leave anyway. She was hanging on the walls trying to walk out of Walmart in desperate need of help and not one person asked her, are you okay. Not one good samaritan thought this woman needs help. Shame on your eyeplace, same on everyone in walmart, shame on everyone that seen her and did nothing, for heaven's sake, she had almost no pupils. Her color was pale yellow. She was hunching over. She was dehydrated. She was very sick looking. You clearly cannot see. Shame on all of you. This is a disgusting display of lack of empathy. This is a serious matter, and you need to know she just spent two weeks in the ICU. She had to have emergency surgery. She was on her way of becoming septic right in front of you. She was on death's doorstep. And you did not help. You did nothing. Your soul is ugly and your eyes need rechecked. There should be a protocol when somebody asks for an ambulance. You should hould have a protocol when you think someone could be in distress. I pray that none of you have ever have a loved one be ignored when they're in distress, and needs medical assistance. Maybe the lady that told my mom to leave needs to get her eyes checked again. I don't care if you thought someone was just a drug addict, we are all human if they ask for an ambulance or they look like they need help, please for the love of God help them. Don't make them feel less than human. I am blessed to have my mom today. And not because of you. There needs to be a new protocol. Sincerely a ticked off human being.

The arm on my Walmart glases broke (as always) so I went up to have them either repaired or to purchase new frames for my lenses but they refused saying they do no longer do repair or replacements due to some meaningless new policy! So I am legally blind with glasses that I have to hold into place in order to see , drive , work , watch tv etc ...... I've been going to Walmart visit center for over 20 years and this is how they treat their customers! I Will never go back to them again. Goodbye worthless Walmart

Today was my first visit to the vision center. Everyone was very nice. The Doctor took his time, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The lady that helped me pick out my frames and lenses etc. was absolutely awesome! She went above and beyond. Again answering all my questions and taking time to explain everything to me. I was very impressed by the service. U would recommend.
