Doctor was amazing during the eye test and patient with kids. Explained the procedure and care my kids would need for their eyes to stay healthy and made the kids feel safe and cared for. Nikki is the best! Was here few minutes ago to pick my kids glasses and she was a bliss to work with. She remembered us and patiently helped the kids as well. Nikki is polite friendly and gives you the time and care we are looking for. She also understands that kids can be handful at times and doesn’t judge parents for being firm. Wish I could say the same for Ms. N, she should learn some manners and patience so she can provide good service to all who walk-in.

horrible Experience, They charge for adjustments that should be free, They rush you through there like they don’t even care about you at all, They speak horrible English, It’s almost like Walmart gives these people their degrees, and says go give people glasses. Go to a real eye doctor don’t go to this place.
Dr. Trio was amazing with my daughter! She can be shy around new people and hesitant when she's not sure (like when she can't read the letters for the eye test). She is 8 and he patiently and gently encouraged her throughout the appointment and made her feel comfortable at her first ever eye doctor visit. I highly recommend Dr. Trio! The staff was very friendly and helpful, too!
My daughter had her first eyes examine and the doctor was outstanding and the staff was Great. The staff made us feel very welcome.
I've been seeing Dr. Trio for years because I truly appreciate his professionalism and commitment to quality care. Initially I was hesitant because I didn't expect such high quality care at a Walmart, chain vision center. I was wrong and my expectations were greatly exceeded by Dr. Trio, so much that I now take my older children there too.
