This is a review of Rusty and his crew. First off, let me tell you 3 years ago Rusty did a special order for me. They are red and blue lens safety glasses. They're absolutely original and have been dearly loved.
So when it was time to get new glasses, I came back to Rusty and his crew.
(Who might I add work flawlessly together showing true teamwork)
The reason is that you just can't find this type of customer service anywhere. This time, he was able to get me three (3) pairs of glasses, and then the next day, my wife got two (2) pairs of glasses. For the cost of what it was going to be for my wife to get one (1) pair at the posh eye glass place (who keep telling my wife she needed to pick more "feminine glasses" Oh and they just so happened to be the more expensive pair for her COMMISSION!!, but enough about the other terrible places)
This is for Rusty and a true loyalty he inspires in his customers, I mean, I don't even show my barber this type of loyalty, and I've been going to him for years.
Also. Rusty doesn't even work on COMMISSION! He wouldn't even take a tip, even when i said "oh what would happen if some just happen to abandon Krispy Kreme donuts, right outside of your place, he straight up said "we would have to throw them away"
Talk about integrity! Who says no to thank you, donuts! (BTW walmart you need to change that policy, when somebody goes above and beyond their job they need to have a good reward, and I wanted to come from me, because don't know if I can trust walmart higher-ups to do it)
Anyway, 10 out of 10 will never go anywhere else for Eyewear
