Anita was so nice and sweet! She helped me with the process of picking my glasses and explained everything to me clearly, which made my experience very enjoyable. Irma Laura was super helpful too and helped my mom understand everything in Spanish which I appreciated a lot. Customer service was outstanding!
Cade and Lisa were super helpful, knowlegeable, efficient setting up my account, putting in insurance, etc. for my contacts. They were very upfront about pricing. They even saved the glasses frame serial number that I was looking at for the future! 🤓
My Experience with Ms. Anita and the rest of the team was amazing. Everyone made sure I was taken care of from the beginning to the end. Great job you guys .👍🏾
I had a rugby tournament and was traveling to Austin, and left my contacts at home! I just happened to be at Walmart and this angel named Lisa was able to look at my prescription and help me! Thank you so much!
Cade and Lisa were so helpful. Positive attitude and very knowledgeable this has been the best experience I have ever received. I Will be back for a second pair and They both took the time to pick out frames for when I return back. Friendly customer service with a Smile.
