By far the best experience getting an eye exam in south Florida! At this location they were kind from the very first call , the whole process was easy ! The doctor was super caring ! The receptionist helped a lot and the overall was just great ! Very affordable as well !
I went to Walmart for a new pair of glasses. After I got them home, I immediately noticed that the anti-reflective coating didn’t seem right. I could actually see reflections from the inside of the lenses, including the reflection of my ear, which I’ve never experienced with my previous glasses. I went back to the store and asked Drew about it. He told me Walmart only applies the anti-reflective coating to the front of the lenses and not the back. That didn’t sound right, so I went home and researched it. I found information showing that Walmart’s anti-reflective coating is supposed to be applied to both sides of the lenses. I drove back to the store with the information I had found. This time the explanation changed. Instead of saying Walmart only coats one side, I was told the coating had been applied after all. I also received conflicting information about the lenses themselves. I originally wanted Essilor lenses because Walmart’s website references them, but I was told Walmart uses Nikon lenses instead. Then I was told the anti-reflective coating was Essilor. The inconsistent explanations left me with very little confidence in what I was being told. The entire experience was frustrating. I wasn’t looking for excuses—I was looking for an honest explanation and quality lenses. Based on my experience, I would be cautious if you’re expecting premium anti-reflective lenses from this location. Next time, I’ll be going back to Costco
