Walmart Vision Center – Gainesville

I went by there today to ask some questions and to see if they did eye exams well the VERY RUDE LADY wouldn’t help me and kept saying well we have no dr here. I kept asking my questions and wanted to see what kind of glasses I would like and she ripped them out f my hands and said we will just clean these like I had some kind of disease! I will never go back there again! Honey you are rude and you don’t belong dealing with the public! You lost a damn good customer! I feel bad for your fellow coworkers who work with you!!!!!

I came in looking to switch my lenses into new frames, the older gentleman who helped me was very sweet and got them done in a couple hours at no charge! When I went to pick them up the older woman who gave me my glasses helped adjust them and everything. Although a tad bit slow when other customers are in the optics center, the service was great!

Worst store ever. Go to Optical Outlets in Gainesville instead! Don't trust their "12-month replacement policy." It's false advertising! The actual warranty is: if it is only the shape, the store will adjust them instead of repairing them. If they're broken, the store will not replace the glasses but only the broken parts. I was told by multiple people, multiple times that the glass would be replaced if it broke within 12 months. Not the case! The quality is horrible. The glasses lost their shape after four months and the bridge eventually broke after six months. I've had multiple arguments with multiple rude staff and the manager, yet the store still refused to fix the glasses. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this place!

Horrible rude management. Snotty sarcastic when explained problems. She needs to get another job without people. Less than a year had glasses. Glare coat and scratch resistant do not last . Ralph Lauren Frames horrible do not hold on face.
