Ive been trying to make an appointment with them for 2 months. If you call they will tell you there are no appointments and to call back at the end of the month on a certain date. I set alarms for both dates and each time I'm told it's the wrong day and that they are booked for the entire month and can't make an appointment for the following month. They called me last Wednesday to make appointment and had my number under different name, since the name didn't match the number they refused to make my appointment and told me to call today. Today they tell me I should've called last week, which i did and was denied an appointment then as well.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Walmart Eye Center. Sherri and Goldie, the employees who assisted me, appeared to lack basic competence for their roles. My glasses were clearly crooked, with one side sitting a whole half-inch lower than the other. Despite how obvious the issue was, Goldie simply sprayed and cleaned the lenses before handing them back as if that would fix the alignment. When I returned, Sherri couldnt see the problem. Instead of addressing the visibly slanted frames, she repeatedly asked me which side "felt" lower. I had to point out, again and again, that it wasn’t about how it felt—it was plain to see. One eyelid was visibly more exposed than the other, but she couldn’t (or wouldn’t) acknowledge it. To top it off, Sherri had me wait while she finished texting before even beginning to address my concerns. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable, especially in a department where precision and customer care should be a priority. Ironically, the cash register employee—who likely earns less and isn’t trained for eyewear—was the only one who immediately noticed the issue. This raises serious questions about the hiring and training standards for the eye center staff. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values competent service or attention to detail.
Exceptional service and great selection of frames. Thank you for your help today!!!
My glasses broke and I was a bit stressed as the world is a blur without them. Sherry was super helpful and had me back in a pair of glasses within minutes of arriving at store. I did call first to see if they had my glass frames on hand, after checking my file they have on me I got lucky and they did. Sherry has always been super helpful and professional. Thank you Sherry!
Everyone was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Both doctors were great, friendly and informative. Great experience. A welcome change from the Lake City store. Both my son and I had a very good experience. Thank you everyone, you guys are doing an excellent job.
