Walmart Vision Center – Miami

To my whole family had purchased glasses from this location with a great service...while I was doing my groceries...I dropped my reading glasses and got just a little bent in one of the legs....there were two service ladies sitting down, talking smiling with not even one client....I asked the old lady if she could help me to fix it....she responded me if you are not a client. Or you did purchase it here ..We just can not help you!!! I said even you damage it or gets broken....I will be responsible told her....I just wanted to help me to continue doing my groceries....I had no luck at old...it is a shame because #1 they lost me as a future or continue as a client....# 2 I could not complete my groceries and Mr Walmart lost a client to continuing buying my groceries.....I highly recommend and MGMT explained these two service ladies the importance to serve better for a 5 minutes job to fix my glasses

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the incredible kindness and skill of Brenda! Even though I arrived near closing time, she immediately welcomed and helped me. I brought in a pair of sunglasses I adore that no one else would repair, fearing they’d break. Brenda fixed them in minutes with care. I will definitely return here for all my vision care needs.

Great service, I was working in the Doral area and I accidentally stepped on my glasses and my lens popped out. I went to this Optical and Brenda fixed my Glasses. She was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend and return soon.
