First time getting an eye exam at Walmart Optical and my experience was great. Doctor Randy Grover is super knowledgeable and takes his time with his patients a rare thing to find in this day and age. Highly recommend!

David, the manager at Vision Optical, is more than just a manager; he embodies the perfect blend of leadership and exceptional customer service. David doesn't just sell a product; he provides a positive experience and instills confidence throughout the process. This demonstrates his comprehensive vision, in-depth knowledge, and ability to motivate and effectively sell a product. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
I went to get a replacement for my glasses and Katherine was so sweet! She's a great part of the time and I didn't feel nervous even though it was my first time going alone to get my own glasses, she was a sweetie and made the process so much easier.
Very bad experience. A Nike frame of extremely poor quality combined with BAD service. I had to pay TWICE for a frame that broke in the exact same place as the previous one. The second time, I paid not only for the frame but also for a so-called insurance that, in my opinion, is nothing more than a scam. They made me go more than three weeks without my glasses, and I ended up paying over $600 just for frames. And to make matters worse, both times they kept the broken frames. Most likely, they return them to the manufacturer, get them replaced as defective, and then charge the CUSTOMER full price for a new one. In short, if you want bad service and to PAY for a LOW-QUALITY product, go to this Walmart optical center.”**
