⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge five-star shoutout to Debbie, the new manager at the Vision & Glass Department at Walmart in Bay Pines. Since her arrival just a few short months ago, I’ve seen noticeable and positive changes in both customer service and overall organization. Debbie goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed, heard, and taken care of. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly seems to care about doing things the right way. Every interaction with her feels genuine, and it’s clear she leads with kindness and professionalism. Around here, we call her the “Sweet Lady” and she absolutely lives up to that name. Walmart is lucky to have her, and the department is better because of her leadership. Highly recommend stopping by if you need vision services. You’ll be in good hands.

Debbie is helpful, knowledgeable, highly skilled, kind and compassionate. I was sad when she left the other location close to my home in Gulfport however, will gladly make the 30 minute drive. Thank you Debbie for helping our family for several years with our glasses and vision center needs. Walmarts Bay Pines Vision center is so lucky to have someone like you managing their location.

Debbie made my first prescription glasses experience so easy and so much fun! She took the time to help me try different style frames to make sure I had the perfect fit. She even helped recommend the glare-free feature for the lenses which make such a difference, she was right! I am excited to come back for another pair in the near future.

Terrible customer Service ask the lady how much something what she says go to the Walmart app why would I do that when I’m in the store makes no sense at all. It seems like they’re upset. They have to help people. Why would you be in a retail business when you don’t want to help people. I’d be ashamed to work in a store where you don’t want to help people why would you be working? There makes no sense at all. Terrible customer service.

I had the best experience, Cindy helped me and my husband she is fabulous, very knowledgeable and you can tell she really likes the job and she’s very good at it. The new manager, Debbie, extremely nice and helpful. I had such a bad experiences with the old manager that I really did not want to come back but, The eye doctor is wonderful and I really liked her and trust her. That was the only reason I came back.
