Dr. Vallone is amazing. I’ve been seeing her for over 10 years and she is always so thorough and attentive. She takes her time, double checks everything, and truly cares about her patients. I even bring my son to her as well. The staff is also great and very attentive. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our eyes!
I have been a loyal customer with them for the last 4 years contacts & glasses, and I don't know if they've gotten a new assistant manager or what but extremely rude and unprofessional “its not our fault that you chose to buy contacts late” as I was cordial and nice to all the people ive spoken to there the entire time. completely uncalled for and unprofessional, will not do business with them for now on.
A great experience from start to finish. Very professional staff, courteous and efficient. They made sure I was aware of discounts and took my order accurately. Glasses were ready days ahead of projected date. Fitting was also great. Highly recommended!
I have been going to this location for many years now, and they are very professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful with eye glasses, exams, and contact lenses. Offer fair prices always. Everybody there is awesome. Therefore I would definitely recommend their services.
I am appalled on how Dr. TRraci Vallone treated and spoke to my wife and I. Was very condescending speaking with a greater than thou attitude. Was behind schedule and borderline disrespectful. Has the bedside manner of doctor Cavorkian. Worst customer service experience. STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
