Walmart Visioncenter

Was easy in & out for eye appointment! It wasnt until after picking out glasses and that while process, I found out they weren't in network for my insurance, this is after I had asked when I called for an appt and was told yes! Ended up being $180 out of pocket; only saving grace was i was able to submit to insurance 4 partial reimbursement!! There was a very specific frame i wanted & they never informed me that, any frame in Walmart stock, they can be ordered!

My best experience in a vision center. Starting with the optometrist, she was amazing. She explained everything and treated me with kindness. After my vision exam, Tyler was great helping me to find the best lenses and his customer service was amazing and he took the time to explain everything in detail. Honestly I was exceptionally at the beginning; but surprised they make my day with so WONDERFUL customer service. I highly recommend this vision center and 100% recommend Tyler. 😊👏

I loved the service, I got my glasses way before I was supposed to, the staff was super helpful and I am going back to get me another pair because I am getting another discount, it will be my third pir of glasses

Had a screw that had come loose. This wonderful sweet optician not only tightened them up but adjusted them and fixing them so the Screw will remain tight. Wouldn’t accept payment. She is to be commended. Definitely my place for glasses now,,
