I accidentally broke the side of my glasses, I ran over here from work to make it before 7 just to find out that they are already closed. If they are going to close before what their time says then they really need to change their hours. I got here at 6:35 and the security standing next to them said they have actually been closed since about 6:15! LIKE WHAT! People really do not want to work.

I had a wonderful experience August of 2023. Richard, Maria and Chastity at the front desk were very kind and attentive and efficient. The doctor was great, he explained everything and has such a great personality. This team is so nice, you never get a frowny face or bad attitude. I went in again today 24 October 2023 to get an extra pair of glasses and there was a new gal, I hadn't see before but she was equally very kind with such a great attitude asking if she could help me.

Decided to inform me after my eye exam they use a machine not covered by my insurance. As a result it caused my co-payment to got from $10 to $45 Dr. Gary was nice enough to waive this fee. Consumers have a right to be informed prior to services rendered about any and all non covered procedures. While he waived it I probably will not return nobody like a hidden fee.

Never have I had an issue in the past. But ever since COVID in 2020, they have gone downhill and have changed so dramatically, and not for better. The optometrist is barely there, so you better hope that your $200+ in Rx and frames don't break anytime soon, because any hope of getting them repaired soon won't happen. Though their hours are "posted", you can't get any help because "the optometrist has left". Also if you also get your glasses here, and you need to pick them up, you better hope that you arrive while the optometrist is there, otherwise, you will NOT be getting your frames. Frames can be "decently" priced, however despite the price, frames are VERY LOW QUALITY and break easily. I would recommend if you want to get glasses, go to Zenni or research online for places to buy your future frames for a much better pricing and quality.

Terribly run business. Glasses don’t show up on time. “Staff” can’t accept packages or shipments without the head doctor on site so their stuff piles up. Would’ve gone somewhere else or ordered them online if I would’ve known before hand that I couldn’t get my glasses until the doctor came back to the office even though the order went through fine without ever meeting him
